Homemade Kale Chips

These make for a nice healthy summer snack.  Summer is definitely a time for eating light and snacking is one way to do so. But before you reach for that bag of potato chips, try making some fresh organic Kale chips right at home. It takes less that 15 minutes in all, and is a nice healthy snack for the whole family. And anyone can do it.

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Sea salt (optional)
Caribbean Jerk Seasoning (optional)
1 bunch of fresh (organic-optional) Kale Greens

Instructions:

Thoroughly wash and dry your Kale greens.
Layer on a cookie sheet
Drizzle with the Olive Oil.
Season with salt, or any other seasonings of your choice. You can use just the salt, pepper, Old Bay, soy sauce, whatever you think your taste buds would prefer. My favorite is Caribbean Jerk Seasoning!

Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Take out when or before edges begin to brown. Be careful not to burn!

YUM! You're done. Cools in seconds.  ENJOY!
